Surprise. This was generated by Máximo Espíndola and Agustín Bernasconi, when they announced that they were deciding to follow different paths. Yeah, After seven years of career, MYA disbands.
And it was the two men themselves, through a statement on their social networks, who clarified that the decision was not the result of a fight, but rather a personal choice to pursue your artistic path individually.
Despite the news, the announcement comes at a key moment, since MAA is in the middle of a tour to present its album “Blanco y Negro”, released in October of this year.
What will happen to shows already scheduled? They will become a farewell tour, where fans can enjoy their final performances together.
The tour will begin tomorrow, Saturday November 16, in Rosario and will include seven confirmed dates in different provinces of Argentina:
November 16 – Rosary
November 22 – Cordoba
November 23 – Mendoza
November 30 – Tucumán
December 1 – Salta
December 13 and 14 – Buenos Aires, Gran Rex Theater
“Seven years ago we started this beautiful path, full of music, songs, meetings, connection and trust with you. Today we want to tell you that we decided to write a new chapter of our livesaccompanying us as always, but taking different and individual artistic paths,” they said in the press release.
We will miss them.
