Exercise to prevent Alzheimer’s disease:

  • lie on the floor and raise your arms and legs;
  • begin to bend the right leg and the left leg alternately, then the left arm and the left leg;
  • change the order of symmetrical movements to asymmetrical movements: left leg + right arm, then right leg + left arm;
  • do the replacement exercise several times.
