“When the Knights recorded their last album (“Fulanos de Nadie”), the dollar was worth a peso. We didn’t know Messi. There was no YouTube, no Spotify, no Instagram. He was equal in flesh and blood. The algorithms did not decide for us. The pope was not Argentinian. We didn’t know who Cristina was, and neither did Milei. Colapinto was not born. Dillom went to kindergarten and Lali to primary school. 24 years have passed. Plenty of water (and wine) under the bridge. And yet, here you see us and here you see me.
SO, The Knights announced on their networks the news of the premiere of “And here you see me”, their new studio song, a rock ballad characteristic of the western group, but with a 2024 sound.
Since Los Caballeros de la Quema returned to the stage, they have had remarkable shows, with thousands of fans remembering and singing all the hits, both at Luna Park in 2003 and at this year’s Obras or at the Festivals de Rock Vivimos Música and Taragüi.
And it is clear that the magic is still intact. That is why Iván Noble, Martín Méndez, Javier Cavo, Pablo Guerra and Pato Castillo decided to return to the studios to record new songs with the spirit of the Caballeros present.
Haven’t heard it yet?
