Prime Video launched, this Friday, November 29th, The Girl Who Killed Her Parents: The Serieswhich addresses the crime orchestrated by Susanne von Richthofenwhich shocked the country in 2002. A mix of fiction and documentary, the new feature is based on the trilogy The Girl Who Killed Her Parentsstarring Carla Diaz (The Strength of Want).
What is it about The Girl Who Killed Her Parents: The Series?
The new feature shows the versions of Susanne von Richthofen (Carla Diaz) and Daniel Cravinhos (Leonardo Bittencourt, Second Call), then the young woman’s boyfriend and responsible for the murder of Manfred and Marisia von Richthofenparents of Susanne.
Divided into six chapters, The Girl Who Killed Her Parents: The Seriesanalyzes the young people’s relationship, the possible motivations for the crime and what really happened on the night of October 31, 2002. Unlike the films, the miniseries features interviews with the cast, the director Mauricio Eça and the journalist investigated Ilana Casoyauthor of the book that inspired the production.
