Is JK Rowling involved?
With the intention of maintaining fidelity in the adaptation, the series Harry Potter will feature JK Rowling as executive producer, despite the controversies in which the writer has been involved in recent years, such as her strong campaign against transgender people.

Who will be in the cast?
For now, no names have been announced in the cast of the series. Harry Potterbut we know that the news should not count on the return of actors from the film franchise, even in different roles than they played before.
Including, Daniel Radcliffewho gave life to the protagonist in the eight films, has already made it clear that he has no interest in participating in the new adaptation: “My understanding is that they’re trying to start from scratch and I’m sure whoever’s doing it (…) probably doesn’t want to have to figure out how to get old Harry to do a cameo in this series.and,” he joked.
In September, HBO announced a selection process to choose new performers for Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Grangeramong children aged 9 and 11. However, so far, there has been no update on who the protagonists of the new feature will be.
