The Maldoror dossier takes place in 1995. The disappearance of two young girls it caused a large-scale media frenzy and shocked the Belgian population. An idealistic young gendarme, Paul Chartierhe becomes involved in the secret operation “Maldoror”, which consists of monitoring the number 1 suspect in the crime. Gradually, despite numerous system failures, Paul becomes obsessed with solving this case.

He looks like the young gendarme ready for anything to find the missing girls. Even the images promise us this a great performance from Anthony Bajonchosen to play the main protagonist of the film.
Alongside Anthony Bajon, Alba Gaia Bellugi, Alexis Manenti, Mélanie Doutey and Sergi López they are among other things part of the distribution of the new film by Fabrice Du Welz. A story inspired by an infamous case
The Maldoror dossier East loosely based on the Dutroux case. Occurring in 1995 and 1996, it shocked the Belgian population, but also the world. She had highlighted serious dysfunctions within the Belgian justice system and policeand led to significant police reform in the country.
