Amazon Prime Video keeps rolling the wheel of time.
The streamer has renewed the fantasy series for an initial three seasons, it announced at Comic-Con on Thursday. The third season will be based on shadow riseThe fourth book in a 14-volume series by author Robert Jordan.

Prime Video renewed the show for a second season in May 2021, six months before the series premiered. The streamer has yet to set a premiere date for the second season.

The Judkins executive produces with Larry Mondragon and Rick Selvage of Red Eagle Entertainment; Ted Field and Mike Weber of Radar Pictures; Darren Lemke; and Marigot Kehoe. Pike is producing, with Harriet McDougall and Brandon Sanderson as consulting producers.
