The Idol: Why did BLACKPINK’s Jennie decide to participate in the HBO series?

The Idol marks Jennie’s career debut as an actress

K-pop group member BLACKPINK, Jennie will make his acting debut in The Idolseries of HBO co-created by The Weeknd and Sam Levinson (euphoria). Confirmation that the singer would be in the cast was released earlier this week, after she appeared in the production trailer.
