“I’m so… I’m really not in a good place,” he continued. Allenbefore adding, “I know I’ve been talking about this for months, but I’ve been in a constant spiral, and things have gotten out of control.”

“I tried, I mean I went to the Christmas lunch, the Christmas lunch Miss Me?and I had a panic attack and had to go home. I went to see a play at the theater the other day with my [amigos] Carlo and Claire, and I had to leave during the break,” he added.

I just can’t focus on anything other than the pain I’m going through.

Allen he even denied rumors that he was going to rehab due to an alleged relapse: “I’m going away next week. You won’t hear from me for a few weeks, listeners.”

According to the DailyMail, Allen discovered last week that her husband, David Harbor (Stranger Things), had been using the dating app Raya for at least a month. The singer stated that she created a fake profile on the celebrity app, where she met Harborafter suspecting that she was being cheated on by her husband.
