According to information from the program’s production, the actress, who made history by becoming the first Brazilian artist to win the category of Best Actress in a Drama Film at the 82nd edition of the Golden Globewill sit on the program’s coveted sofa next Thursday, January 16th.

Although, Torres will no longer have the actor’s company Timothée Chalametfrom Dune: Part 2 (2024) and the still unreleased A Complete Strangerand the band The Lumineers. Instead, the actor, presenter and comedian Joel McHale will also be on the program on the same date.

What is the story of I’m Still Here?

Based on the book of the same name by Marcelo Rubens Paiva, I’m Still Hereis set in Rio de Janeiro, in the early 1970s, amid the military dictatorship, and tells the story of Eunicemother of five children, who becomes involved in an endless search for the truth after her husband, Rubensbe taken away by undercover police officers and disappear.
