“Candombe” has 8 songs, where Julieta offers to reinvent the traditional compositions of Uruguay with a new contemporary air, mixing the genre with sounds of other cultures and artists from all over the world.
It is an album of Candombe classics in which a tribute to Afro-uruguayan music with a modern interpretation is paid.
Before his return expected in Buenos Aires, Julieta presented “Candombe” on March 15 at the emblematic Solís theater in Montevideo, where he provided a concert with exhausted tickets and an unforgettable night.
Then, on June 4, he will take his music to Nublu, New York, extending to international stages.
