The revelation came months after his supposed debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe became a reality Spider-Man: No homecoming. Fans were thrilled that Charlie Cox’s hero was officially in the MCU fold, even though this latest revelation really drove the internet crazy. And after the interesting moment, the show’s lead writer recalled how she and her team got the show’s character.

The EP overflowed collider that there were several Marvel characters that she and her writing team wanted to put on the show, but they weren’t successful because there were already plans in place or they were simply off limits. While the path to getting the Man Without Fear wasn’t easy, it seems like it was incredibly sweet when it first became available:
I don’t think in a million years we would have ever thought we would be allowed to use them, because we didn’t know what the character’s status was. And then, I can’t remember how, we found out he was coming back and it was Charlie Cox, and we thought, ‘Wait, does that mean we can use it? Are we allowed? And when they said yes, that is, we couldn’t believe it, we thought they were playing a joke on us. We kept writing it and went on with the story thinking, “Okay, every time they tell us we can’t use them.” They made a mistake. In fact, they don’t have the rights. But it remained [becoming] more and more real. And it was so hard to keep this secret!
After all of this, I can understand why Jessica Gao thinks she’s been framed. Questions like these can be tricky at Marvel Studios, but I’m glad she and the writers were able to secure the character. It will be a win for everyone as Devil of Hell’s Kitchen draws more attention to Jennifer Walters’ debut and also gives fans a better idea of this iteration of DD. Incorporating the Marvel hero into the series makes sense, since Matt Murdock and Walters are lawyers. And one can only imagine what kind of legal and superhero-related scams they will encounter once they cross paths.
Of course, Jessica Gao and the writers had to keep quiet when it came to Matt Murdock’s involvement. But I think it’s safe to say that probably no one felt as much pressure to keep things secret as the actor playing the role. Charlie Cox admitted that keeping the devil’s return a secret was a nightmare, as he went out of his way to avoid questions about his death. no way home intervention. Although Cox was certainly bound by confidentiality agreements, he is to be applauded for not succumbing to intense speculation.
It is clear at this point that the Reckless The franchise will have a great future in the cinematic universe, following its acclaimed three seasons on Netflix. This fact was confirmed a week ago when Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige announced the revival series. Daredevil: Born again as part of the official MCU Phase 5 training, which includes Spade Yes captain america 4. And if that wasn’t exciting enough, the series has received an 18-episode order from Disney +, the largest ever given to a Marvel Studios series to date.
