Even before the debut of its second season, FalloutAdaptation of the eponymous video game series, which became one of the biggest premieres in the history of Prime Video, has been renewed for a third year for streaming service.
Prime Video also confirmed the release of the new episodes of the series – which will count on the participation of Macaulay Culkin (Forgot about me, American Horror Story) as a “crazy genius” – from December this year. The information is from Variety.
What is the story of Fallout?
In the story, which happens two hundred years after the apocalypse, the inhabitants of the luxurious radioactive shelters are forced to return to the radiated infernal landscape, which their ancestors left behind, and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex universe, happily strange and highly violent waiting for them.
In this scenario, we know Lucy Maclean (Ella Purnell, The Home of Peculiar Children), an optimistic resident of a refuge, with an undertaking spirit, has its peaceful nature tested when it is forced to return to the surface to rescue the father.
We are also presented to Maximus (Aaron Moten, EMACIPATION: A HISTORY OF FREEDOM), Steel of the Steel Brotherhood, which will do everything to promote the objectives of the Military Organization and bring the law and order; and Cooper Howard, theGhoul (WALTON GOGGINS, The Eight Hold), a morally ambiguous hunter, who keeps within him a 200-year history of the post-nuclear world.
Fallout still has Arias (The King of Staten Island), Kyle Maclachlan (Twin Peaks), Sarita Choudhury (Homeland), Michael Emerson (Person of Interest), Leslie Uggams (Deadpool), Frances Turner (The Boys), Dave Register (Heightened), Zach Cherry (Severe), Johnny Pemberton (Ant-man), Rodrigo Luzzi (Dead Ringers), Annabel O’Hagan (Law & Order: SVU) and XELIA MENDES-JONES (The wheel of time).
