Known for their inspirational, music-based cycling classes, SoulCycle is offering a great limited-time deal on their home bike until the end of the month. An exercise bike that normally costs $2,500 is now on sale for $1,900, a savings of $600 or 24% off. Financing is available.
SoulCycle’s connected cycling experience offers on-demand and live classes, available only through the required Equinox+ app, which costs $40 per month. (However, there is no additional charge for current Equinox customers.)

The app also gives you access to classes beyond the bike: Pure Yoga, Solidcore Pilates-based classes, Precision Guided Treadmill and Outdoor Running and Walking Classes, Headstrong Guided Meditation, Rumble Boxing, Tom Brady’s TB12 Strength and Conditioning Exercises and much more. Equinox offerings.
It will take approximately one to three weeks for SoulCycle to deliver your free White Glove home bike, and the kit arrives pre-assembled and ready to connect. There’s a one-year warranty on the bike’s screen and parts, and a five-year warranty on the bike’s frame. Customers can return the bike for a refund after the 30-day trial period, minus a $250 shipping and handling fee.
What many customers say they love about SoulCycle is the upbeat atmosphere of the instructors and the cycling classes, which are often held in a candlelit studio. “Call power,” says one instructor, a cycling alumnus who gives an excellent beginner’s class (one of three levels that also includes intermediate and advanced levels).
SoulCycle is known for its following in Hollywood; Stars like David Beckham, Kela Ripa and Katie Holmes were spotted at their studios, and the fitness brand even gifted Carey Mulligan a bike seven years before it started offering equipment for sale.

Soul Cycle vs. Peloton: Bike comparison
Tough and stable, commercial grade steel frame bike with carbon fiber belt measures 62.2 inches by 22.2 inches by 53.5 inches and can accommodate riders from 4’10” to 6’10” tall and up to 350 lbs. Including the touchscreen, the bike weighs 142 pounds and has front wheels that allow it to be lifted from behind and moved around.
The SoulCycle bike has five components that can be easily adjusted. The screen tilts up or down, but not side to side. The handle can be adjusted up or down, as well as forward or backward, and the seat can be moved up or down, as well as forward and backward. There are two water bottle holders as well as a hanger for a pair of Hunts.
SoulCycle does not offer the trainer’s automatic control over bike resistance that Peloton does.
Music-focused classes promote self-empowerment and inclusion. Many users find the experience to be far less focused on metrics than traveling with Peloton. While cyclists can check their miles or speed (rpm), SoulCycle offers a unique feature called Beat Match, which measures how well a cyclist syncs to the beat of the music in class.
The videos also offer an on-screen preview called the Form Rider, which provides a side view of the rider, making it easy to maintain proper form. This is especially useful for SoulCycle beginners who may not be familiar with some of the signature moves, like single and double touch backs, sit-ups, and chest presses. These moves, along with the fact that much of each class is spent out of the saddle, give the SoulCycle experience a dance and cardio vibe.
Classes range from five-minute Soul Arms workouts to 90-minute walks.
Unlike the Peloton, users are not limited to exercising while driving. With the Streaming Mode feature, they can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime Video or Disney+.
And in Free-Ride mode, riders can listen to their own music and connect to their Spotify account. The connected bike can also be paired with a heart rate monitor and is compatible with the AppleGym Kit so your Apple Watch can track your workouts.

screen and sound
The 21.5-inch anti-glare screen is large enough to create an immersive classroom experience. It is Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi enabled with 1920 x 1080 resolution. The surface is also sweat resistant.
The monitor also features 8-watt speakers with a 15-watt woofer that produce a surround sound effect. Users can also use Bluetooth headphones on the go.
pedals and shoes
If you’ve never ridden a stationary bike that requires a cleat (your shoe is literally attached to the pedal), it may take some getting used to, including adjusting the clip system with an Allen wrench and learning how to engage and disengage the shoe. The SoulCycle bike is built with two-way pedals. SPD pads are placed on one side and LOOK Delta shoes on the other. SoulCycle makes and sells its own LOOK Delta shoes, which start at $175.
