Production, filmed in Brazil and Mexico, will recreate unforgettable moments of the historical trajectory of the Brazilian football team in the fields
Netflix announced on Thursday 17 July, the main cast and the beginning of the fiction miniseries recordings Brazil 70 – The Saga do Trimade in partnership with O2 Filmes about the campaign of the Brazilian national football team towards the three -time championship in the 1970 World Cup.
The actor Rodrigo Santoro (The last blue) will be João Saldanha, Bruno Mazzeo (Trap) will live Zagallo and Lucas Agricultural embodies Pelé. Filming has already begun and happens in cities in Brazil and Mexico. Still with no debut date, the miniseries will immersively recreate classic moves and behind -the -scenes moments that helped build the legacy of one of the greatest football teams of all time.
A dive into challenges, emotions and fears that accompanied players such as Pelé, Tostão, Felix, Carlos Alberto, Jairzinho, Gérson and Rivellino, as well as the technicians Saldanha and Zagallo during the preparation and the tournament dispute.
The plot unfolds in one of the most striking moments of both football and Brazilian political history, amid the hardest phase of the military regime, while the team demonstrates their genius on the field under the huge pressure of representing an entire country.
