The long -awaited new season of the Netflix series has everything – by Bruce Springsteen to cranberries piano versions
After three long years, WandinhaFinally came back. Part one of season 2 is now available, and before the premiere, Netflix revealed all the songs present in part one, exclusively for Rolling Stone.
The four episodes of part one feature a variety of musical genres, chosen by musical supervisors Jen Malone and Nicole Weisberg. There is classic rock (how “Dancing in the Dark” of Bruce Springsteenand “You really got me” of the Kinks), Latin artists (how Pedro Vargas and Vargas key), and classics (how Wagner and Mozart).
There are also versions of 90s classics, such as the version of Gnuscello of “LOSING MY RELIGION” of REM and a version on the piano of “Zombie” of the Cranberries. And let’s take a break to enjoy the inclusion of soft rock classics, as “All by myself” of Eric Carmen and “Dream Weaver” ofGary Wright. Check out the full list below.
In addition, the original soundtrack from part one (consisting of Chris Bacon) and the soundtrack were released, both by Milan Records. The Vol. 1 soundtrack includes a version of “Bad Moon Rising” of Creedence Clearwater Revivalperformed on the screen by the cast, in addition to the original song “Nevermore Alma Mater”. Part Two will have its own original soundtrack, which will be released along with the episodes in September 3.
Netflix revealed the first six minutes of season two in June, in which Wandinha (interpreted by Jenna Ortega) and Haley Joel Osment (as a serial killer, nicknamed “Kansas City Scalper”) appear. The long -awaited participation of Lady Gaga it will only happen in part two, when it will interpret Rosaline Rotwood“A legendary Snowful teacher who crosses Wandinha’s path,” Netflix said. For now, let’s enjoy the scary team of songs in part one; We hope we receive another dance scene full of memes.
