Star of Game of Thrones and Hunger Games will live the leader of a private military company; Production expands the universe of films with Chris Hemsworth
Netflix has announced another weight addition to the cast of the movies derived series Rescuestarring Chris Hemsworth (Thor): NATALIE DORMER (game of Thrones). The actress will share the scene with Omar Sy (Untouchable) and Boyd Holbrook (A complete unknown), playing Clayton Wisper, leader of a private military company.
What is it about?
The first season will have eight episodes and is described as an intense action thriller. The story accompanies a mercenary (Sy) In a mission to rescue hostages in Libya. Arrested between rival factions and relentless killers, he will face life or death choices while dealing with deep emotional wounds. According to Netflix, the series will explore trauma, betrayal and moral dilemmas to the limit.

The series will have as showrunner, screenwriter and executive producer Glen Mazzara (The Walking Dead, The Shield), besides the production of Agboof the brothers Joe and Anthony Russoresponsible for franchise films and successes like Avengers: Ultimatum. The film brought Chris Hemsworth (Thor) As Tyler Rake, a mercenary hired to save a drug dealer’s son in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The sequence, launched in 2023, showed Rake in a new mission: freeing the family of a Georgian gangster attached to a penitentiary.
Will Chris Hemsworth be in the series?
There is still no confirmation if Hemsworth will make special participation in the series, but the actor has already confirmed that he will return in Rescue 3also in development.
