I don’t have Kim Kardashian bath gloves yet, but it looks like Kourtney Kardashian is living her best life there

JLo may have declared it the summer of booty this year, but for reality TV star Kim Kardashian, he apparently wants it to be the summer of embarrassing tan lines. I say this because she recently sold very expensive “bath gloves” through her brand SKIMS. The new wild fashion trend has been a tough no to me, and it still is, but by contrast, Kim’s older sister Kourtney seems to be living her best life with them.

Mother of three has tagged SKIMS in a instagram this week’s post titled “I [love] lake life. Kourtney Kardashian wears one of the signature black one-piece swimsuits and bathing gloves, also black, as she sunbathes on a boat. Check out the full look below:

Now, as I said, I still don’t understand the purpose of these underwater dance accessories, beyond the promoted “fashion”. However, one of the Kardashians (other than Kim) putting them on makes me rethink things a bit. I mean, after all, when you pair it with a backless piece, like Kourtney does here, it’s like wearing a rashguard or a wetsuit, if those pieces suddenly didn’t have a bicep section. And if you have a cloudy day, what’s really the downside of being a little extravagant with your outfit?

I don’t know though. Are gloves or married life right for Kourtney Kardashian? The 43-year-old has married Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker three times in the past year. The latter, a Roman Catholic affair, saw the bride (and many others) wear long gloves in the more traditional sense of the day. The couple then had to overcome a Barker-related health issue, but are now well and seemingly relaxed, if these photos are any indication.

Apparently SKIMS bath gloves are being used more and more by people other than those close to Kim Kardashian (and me). The entire collection (in seven different shades) sold online for $ 48 each. Kardashian explained that the reason he made them in the first place was to bridge the “gap between in and out of the water”. And the TV personality went on to express her inner designer with an A + collaboration with Beats by Dr. Dre. (Surprise: there are a variety of neutral colors).

The family’s various multi-billion dollar business ventures were extensively documented during the premiere of their new Hulu reality show, The Kardashians. SKIMS, Good American, Poosh, Kylie Cosmetics – the whole gang was there. But of course, it was the personal drama we were all looking for, which included the ending about how the Tristan Thompson paternity scandal affected Khloe Kardashian.

It is expected to get even wilder in the upcoming second season. We know that Kim Kardashian’s (now ex) boyfriend Pete Davidson is making some appearances, and Khloe is rumored to be facing the well-kept secret of conceiving her second child with Tristan Thompson, via surrogacy, amid the scandal that had arisen. We’ll know for sure, though, when streaming begins on September 22.

I probably won’t buy Kim’s bath gloves anytime soon or imagine joining the long waiting list now that they’re sold out. But I will keep my Hulu subscription to continue with the Kardashians, as always.
