Doja Cat releases Vie and returns to pop music

Vie is the fifth album of Doja Cat and marks the artist’s return to the aesthetics of the 80s

The American singer Doja Cat launched Vie In the early hours of Friday, 26. The title, which means “life” in French, is the artist’s fifth studio album and represents a change of direction. In principle, the project marks the singer’s official return to pop music, leaving aside the rap and hip-hop sound of the previous album, Scarlet (2023).

Vie (2025) arrives with 15 unreleased tracks, focusing on themes of love and romance. The production explores references from the 80s and 90s, mixing pop with elements of New Wave and R&B.
