Tyrese Gibson, the Roman Pearce de Fast and Furious, claims to be cooperating with the authorities and has already transferred dogs to another home
An arrest warrant was issued in Georgia against the actor Tyrese Gibsonknown for the role of Roman Pearce, in the franchise Fast and Furiousafter the accusation that four of his dogs of the breed Cane Corso would have killed the dog of a neighbor in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta.
According to the Fulton County Police Bulletin, neighbor Harrison Parker called 911 on September 18, reporting that Gibson’s animals were loose and attacked their five -year -old Spaniel Cavalier King Charles. The dog would have died within minutes, being found lifeless at the entrance of the residence.
Reports indicate that in the ten days prior to the incident, Gibson’s dogs had already been caught released on at least five occasions. Despite prior warnings, the situation culminated in the arrest warrant for cruelty against animals, as well as a search order issued for the property of the actor. However, Gibson and the dogs were not in place at the time of the operation.
Through his lawyer, Gabe Banks, the actor regretted what happened and said he relocated his dogs to a new home. βMr. Tyrese Gibson extends his deepest condolences to the family who lost his beloved dog in this tragic incidentβHe said in a statement.”Upon learning of the accident, he made the difficult decision to transfer his animals to a safe and welcoming environment.β
The lawyer also said that Gibson is βcooperating fully with the authoritiesβTo resolve the case and asked for understanding while the process follows the legal procedures.
