We are just a few days away expected before She-Hulk: lawyer what you will see orphan Black Tatiana Maslany leads the way in the first official half-hour comedy that Disney + subscribers can see from the MCU. Jennifer Walters / Maslany’s She-Hulk will be joined by an impressive array of returning characters well known to fans who have seen previous Marvel movies on the big and small screen, but will also be joined by the evil newcomer Titania interpreted by the right placeby Jameela Jamil. However, Jamil revealed that he had to endure a nightmare injury while working she-hulkfight scenes, and that experience would have been a definite NO THANKS from me.
What nightmare wound did Jameela Jamil suffer while filming She-Hulk?
Although we still don’t know exactly how some of the pieces from this show will fit together, such as the details of Daredevil by Matt Murdock / Charlie Cox appears in she-hulk , we know this series is going to deliver a lot of the good old-school superhero deeds we all know and love from the MCU. This means that the stars have participated in many fight scenes, including Jameela Jamil. But, while you recently chat with entertainment tonight about his action-packed work she-hulkJamil spoke of being touched while working on these stunts, and in an unexpected and very painful way:
Oh I did it all! I did everything, I got hurt in places I didn’t know really existed. You should probably give it up, but I tore a muscle in my ass. I didn’t know it was possible!
Oh. Ah… nooooooo. No, no, NO, THANK YOU !!! My God, how does it work? I mean, we have muscles all over us, so it makes sense that you can get one up your ass. And I’m not a doctor, but it seems like a very specific move or series of moves is required for such an injury to occur. As Jamil pointed out, he didn’t even know such a thing was possible (for the record, he’s not a doctor, so we have that in common), which is probably true for most of us.
As much as I can’t wait to see how she-hulk the CGI aspect of when we can see the full program and take a look returning characters such as Wong and Abomination , now i just have a lot of questions about what happens when you get a muscle in your ass. First of all, Jamil said he tore a muscle, which makes it seem like there is more than one. Is there more than one? Also, what specifically did he do that led to that (probably extremely) painful jerk? Did it happen during general training or while shooting a particular scene? Will we (oh my god in heaven) find out when it happened on the show?
How did Jamil know which muscle he was pulling? What happened next, guys? Did a doctor have to look there? Did Jamil have to endure a full X-ray situation? Did you know that if he breaks a bone or strains a (normal) muscle, sometimes you hear a click? Jameela Jamil’s asshole shook when he pulled it?!?! (For the record, NO, I won’t google any of these answers. My laptop is already out of breath and I don’t need it to turn on spontaneously while I try to work.)
I don’t feel good about all of this, okay? I can only imagine it Jamil happily continues to promote she-hulk because Marvel makes you sign some sort of waiver so that if you get hurt during training / shooting, you can’t sue. Honestly if it were me I would be somewhere wearing whatever medical device you wear by pulling a muscle in your ass and screaming (as far as my injured ass will allow) for the serious injury that was inflicted on my person and mood . So, you know, good for Jameela Jamil for, uh, traction and being able to talk about her trauma so openly. I’m sure the pain was (somehow) worth it!
We can all see how bravely Jameela Jamil has fought her injury when She-Hulk: lawyer arrives on Disney + on August 18th.
