Hello Sunshine, the production company founded by Reese Witherspoon, is about to cast its rays across the Atlantic.
The company behind HBO little big lie Apple TV+ morning show and hulu Little fires everywhere, was acquired last year by Kevin Mayer and Tom Staggs’ Candle Media in a deal valued at $900 million. It has now revealed its first international expansion with the launch of an unscripted unit in the UK and while the exact details are not yet known, Hello Sunshine’s new UK unit is already developing its first production, a project with the UK Channel 4.
