Elliot Page and the cast of Umbrella Academy respond after being renewed and receiving end-of-season notice at the same time

While Netflix has an endless supply of content, some like it Strange things stand out as fan favorites. the Umbrella Academy brought a new kind of comic project to the streaming giant, with a stellar cast playing members of the Hargreeves family. Elliot Page and other cast members reacted to the renewal and last season’s notice at the same time.

Season 3 of the Umbrella Academy aired in June, ending with another big cliffhanger for the titular superhero team. Fans were hoping for a revival and season 4 is on the way. But it will also be the end of the Netflix series. Elliot Page was one of many cast members to react to the news, posting on his instagram history:

Ok, but “Brellies” is actually a very nice name for umbrella academy (opens in a new tab) Fans. Fan names aside, Elliot Page took the time to thank those who supported the Netflix series. And while it may be bittersweet to end the Hargreeves’ journey on the small screen, the June The star seems happy to have the chance to deliver one last season. We will have to wait and see how Viktor’s story evolves.

Of course, Elliot Page wasn’t the only actor the Umbrella Academy who switched to social media following the news of season 4. Emmy Raver-Lampman plays Allison / The Rumor on the Netflix series and also reacted to the news with a short but sweet tale from Instagram. The caption says:

Ritu Arya joins the Umbrella Academy in season 2, and remained a member of the main cast throughout the third season. He had a two-word reaction to the Season 4 news, posting his Instagram story about him:

the Umbrella Academy premiered on Netflix in February 2019, after the first season shot in 2018. So the actors who have been there since day one have spent a lot of time in the silly universe of the comic book adaptation. This includes Justin H. Min, who plays Ben Hargreeves. We’ll have to see what the Umbrella Academy has its fourth and final season up its sleeve. Each of the previous three had very different storylines, although they were all based on an apocalyptic event (or two). The Season 3 finale left some big questions, particularly regarding whether Umbrellas still have powers in the universe they ended up in.
