The first official teaser trailer of One Piece: Red was officially released. Definitely for fans of one piece it’s a breath of fresh air, considering the anime is on hiatus. The manga, however, is returning to the height of hype same as in the past and the same animated show will be back soon.
Meanwhile, after the latest teasers, One Piece: Red introduced itself to the world with the first full trailer, thus giving fans a chance to understand what to expect from the next film. As previously announced, Shanks will play an important role in the feature film, as well as a new female character, Utaor rather the daughter of Shanks himself.
So far, the release of One Piece: Red is currently set for Aug. 6 in Japan. It is not yet known if the recent hacker attack hit Toei Animation will also affect this film, as happened for example for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. At the same time, there is no international information on the release outside of Japan Pula.
Previous movies from franchise they often exploited certain concepts and ideas from the manga and anime canon. For PulaInstead, the situation may be a bit different, as Shanks seems to be in action soon in the manga and therefore the new film may provide some pretty interesting hope in what to expect from the character and the his interactions with the protagonists.
