Titled Batman Awakens, the audio series arrives on Spotify on May 3
After comics, films and animations, the history of Batman will win a new version, this time, in audio series format. Entitled Batman Awakensthe production is an original from the Spotify and arrives in Brazil on May 3, with audio in Portuguese and adaptation of the script for the country.
According Tech channelthe series delves into the mind of Bruce Wayne to create a plot of psychological suspense, something similar to what happens in The Batman (2022), latest adaptation of the hero starring Robert Pattinson. In addition to delving into the character’s thoughts, audiences can also expect exciting conflicts against classic comic book villains.
One of them is the Grim Reaper, a serial killer who is leaving a trail of deaths across Gotham and, to fight him, Batman is called upon to assist in the investigation. During the search for the villain, Bruce Wayne will need to face his own demons and deal with the weight of being a hero.
The Brazilian voice of Batman it’s up to Rocco Pitangawho worked with other international voice actors and with the producer David Goyerresponsible for Batman: Dark Knight(2008) and Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016).
