Netflix has released the first trailer for its Thai original series Cave rescue in ThailandA docu-drama about the incredible survival of the men’s football team Boar that captivated the world in 2018.
Filmed entirely in Thailand Cave rescue in Thailand Told from a local perspective, the trailer captures the children’s fear as the cave fills with water and the scale of the rescue operation faced by the international team as they battle time and the elements.
The six-episode limited series will premiere on Netflix worldwide on September 22.
Created by Michael Russell Gunn (billion, designated survivor) and Dana Ledoux Miller (named survivor, narcosis), Cave rescue in Thailand Co-directed by Thai hitmaker Baz Poonpiria (down a road, bad temper) and Thai-American director Kevin Tancharoen (brothers of the sun, boba fett book, Warrior). Gunn and Miller also serve as co-showrunners and writers on the project.
