Tim Blake Nelson played The Leader in The Incredible Hulk (2008), the second MCU film, which still featured the Green Goliath played by Edward Norton.
In addition to Nelson, Carl Lumbly is confirmed to return as Isaiah Bradley, as is Danny Ramirez as the new Falcon.
