Showrunner Ryan Condal Commented On House Of The Dragon’s Next Steps
Ryan Condalshowrunner of House Of The Dragoncommented on the possibility of seeing Rhaenira and Alicent young people in future episodes of the HBO series. In an interview with Variety (via NME), producer played down the odds.
“I mean, I’m not sure. In season two, these versions of Rhaenira and Alicent are not part of the story we are telling yet. It’s not something we’re doing right now,” she explained.

Following the time jump of episode 6, which premiered last Sunday, the 25th, season two should not return to the previous decade. new actresses for Rhaenira (Emma D’Arcy) and Alicent (Olivia Cooke) should remain.

The series’ narrative structure should be “a little fancier” compared to Glove of thrones: “Some things haven’t been completely resolved. I’m not closing the door on anything.”
