Many of us start our mornings with a hot cup of coffee. And for some, the rest of the meals are not without it – after all, you have to sweeten the pill somehow! In fact, you need to drink coffee separately from everything. It is an important aspect of a healthy diet.

Coffee can make everything better. Without it, sweets seem less refined and sandwiches and other breakfast options lose much of their taste potential. Also, the coffee is refreshing. Namely, this is the effect you want to expect after a tight snack!

If you also can’t imagine your day without a cup of coffee with something tasty, we can’t wait to upset you. Nutritionists consider coffee to be a complete drink that should not be associated with sweets, snacks, and even less with main meals.

Of course, no one is forbidding you to keep breaking the diet rule and drinking coffee at any time of the day. However, it should be understood that it is precisely because of this habit that you interfere with the normal absorption of nutrients from food.

From time to time, scientists claim that caffeine has almost no effect on the digestive process. But with the caveat that the drink still slows down the flow of iron in the body – and by up to 50%. But it’s hard enough to “get” it from products!

Given the number of women with iron deficiency anemia – especially in the latent stage – we recommend that you always drink coffee separately from everything: about 30-40 minutes after eating.

Remember that iron deficiency affects not only well-being, but also appearance. So, if you suffer from severe pallor, dry skin and inflammation of the face, try, at least on an experimental basis, not to drink coffee immediately after eating. After all, it’s a much simpler measure to support health than spending on expensive droppers and taking iron pills, many of which have a whole range of nasty “side effects.”
