Ezra Miller remains in custody in Hawaii, police say

According to the Island of Hawaii Police Department, Ezra Miller was arrested Tuesday morning on suspicion of second-degree assault.

At around 1:30 am, Miller was arrested following an incident at his home on the Big Island of Pahoa, police said. The alleged attack took place at a meeting in a private home.

According to police, Miller “became angry after being asked to leave and allegedly threw a chair, hitting the 26-year-old woman on the forehead, resulting in a cut of approximately half a centimeter.”

Police said Miller was soon arrested, who was parked at a traffic stop. The actor was released “pending further investigation,” police said.
