This is the time as an addict that life is in and you see with absolute clarity the devastation that addiction can wreak on family, friends, loved ones. “This is a pivotal moment, in my opinion, for Roy.”
This also gave Zendaya a big break, who said she was also scared and excited about what the episode was asking her to do as an artist.
“I was absolutely terrified because I wanted to do this in the most humane and thoughtful way possible, so as not to avoid the ugliness and the pain and the destruction that this can cause,” the 2020 Emmy-winning actress told the series. “I wanted to do it right.
