The main thing is to remove this drink: Queen Letizia’s diet for model legs

We guess one day we’ll get tired of watching Catherine Middleton and Meghan Markle outings and take a time out, but we’ll never tire of watching Queen Letizia. We sincerely admire the way she combines a strict dress code with bold casual attire, and the discipline with which she maintains her diet is incredible!

Letizia’s outing with her daughters and mother on her last holiday in Mallorca is still haunting the internet. When was the last time a member of the royal family allowed themselves such a playful figure? And not only allowed, but also showed a figure more appropriate for the catwalk of Victoria’s Secret than for a banal walk along the embankment. You can blame genetics (the female part of the royal family at any age looks luxurious), but let’s not minimize the efforts of Letizia herself. After all, to maintain her shape, she tries hard!

The queen hasn’t changed much since the 2000s and quickly got back into shape after the birth of her two daughters, looking like she hadn’t gained any weight at all. How? Sport, discipline and diet of Perricone, partly similar to the Mediterranean. The base consists of “anti-inflammatory” foods: salmon, fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy oils. The latter maintain the health of the skin of Letitia, who, in her fifties, looks no worse than her teenage daughters.

The queen focuses on protein foods to give the muscles the necessary substances (she trains no worse than fitness bloggers). So that treacherous folds do not appear on her knees, she carefully monitors the amount of water she drinks – at least three liters per day. But alcohol is in no way affected.

Insiders say Letizia hates pumping up and so even outside of official functions she only pretends to drink champagne. We can understand it: spend so many years on a luxurious uniform and ruin it (even for a day) because of an extra drink? That’s a shame! Thus, the queen says her firm “no” not only to alcohol, but also to all products containing processed sugar. But he allows himself dairy products, munching on natural yogurts (according to the Perricone diet, it is enough to take two snacks a day).

It’s not the cruellest diet, is it? Food is rich in useful, quite diverse – and most importantly, effective substances. With constant training and superhero discipline, the result is almost magnificent!
