Oncologist Anton Ilyin believes that the first in the list of the most dangerous New Year’s dishes should be the king of the table – Olivier salad. These are incompatible products in its composition and heavy dressings: such a mixture greatly overloads our digestive system. The most harmful ingredients in a salad are boiled sausages, which are high in soy, starch and trans fat, and, of course, mayonnaise.

Ilyin noted that boiled potatoes, carrots and beets in the composition of the dish immediately raise blood sugar, there is nothing good in this. Plus, the mayonnaise, which is made entirely of trans fats, doubles as the dressing here as well.
