Yesterday, Sunday 1 January 2023, Jeremy Renner was involved in an accident while plowing snow in Reno, Nevada.
The actor’s rep revealed to Deadline that Renner is on board “critical but stable conditions, with some damage sustained following a meteorological accident while plowing snow”. In the immediate aftermath of the accident, Renner was immediately rescued and taken to the hospital. The actor’s rep also reported that his family is with him now and that he is “receiving excellent care.”
As reported by Reno Gazette-JournalRenner was at his home, nearby Rose-Ski Tahoe, about 40 km from Reno, in the state of Nevada. The region was hit by a heavy snowstorm on New Year’s Eve that left more than 35,000 homes in northern Nevada’s Washoe, Carson, Douglas, Storey and Lyons counties without power as of this morning. There is still no specific information on the dynamics of the facts, but it seems that the actor was involved in a meteorological accident while he was driving a snowcat.
