Eggs and milk are excellent sources of healthy fats and proteins. And in vegetables there are a lot of vitamins and fiber, which contributes to long-term saturation.

Moreover, you can change the omelet recipe every day. Today cook eggs with herbs and tomatoes, tomorrow with mushrooms and cheese, and the next day with peppers, onions, spinach or your favorite frozen vegetable mix.

“Unlike traditional breakfasts with refined carbs, a vegetable omelette doesn’t raise blood sugar. But that’s the main reason for overeating and our passion for empty calorie products,” says Lisa Richards.
