Britney Spears stepped out with an unnamed male companion during an outing in Malibu, California, wearing a sheer pink skirt that showed off her underwear, weeks after her DUI case was resolved.
The 44-year-old pop star has been chauffeured by the same man on numerous occasions in recent weeks since her latest brush with the law. He stayed close by her side as they arrived at a restaurant in Malibu, showing what appeared to be a strong sense of loyalty to the singer.
The pair seem inseparable. The mystery man has frequently been seen behind the wheel of her luxury cars while she rides in the passenger seat, including last month when she alarmed Los Angeles drivers by climbing out through the roof of a car on a busy freeway.
The man has also appeared on Spears's social media, having posed with her in an Instagram post last month.

Spears put on an eye-popping display in the sheer pink maxi skirt, which she paired with black suede booties and a white off-the-shoulder top.
The mystery man behind the wheel has become a fixture of her recent outings.
She accessorized with a small brown monogrammed Louis Vuitton bag, aviator sunglasses and a black beaded necklace. Her signature blonde hair was worn down in waves over her shoulders, with natural, complementary make-up.
The look drew attention as she arrived for the outing.
Her male companion wore a white long-sleeve button-down shirt with black trousers and sneakers.
He remained close by her side throughout the outing.
The two have been seen together on multiple occasions in recent weeks.
Daily Mail has contacted Spears's representative for comment but has not received a response.
Freeway Sunroof Incident
In early July, Spears surprised other drivers when she was spotted climbing through the sunroof of a Mercedes SUV while it cruised down a busy freeway. She reached her arms up and let her hair blow in the wind as onlookers gaped and filmed the moment, four months after her DUI arrest.
Fellow drivers who witnessed the moment said the black SUV was travelling at around 45mph at the time. Eyewitnesses estimated that Spears remained standing through the roof of the car for roughly two minutes before the vehicle exited the highway. After pulling into a nearby gas station, she was seen laughing and chatting with her mystery chauffeur, who has since been linked to the singer as a possible new boyfriend.
A source told Daily Mail that Spears had only meant to check on traffic. "Britney just went through the sunroof for a quick moment, she wanted to see what the traffic was about up ahead because the cars came to a stop," the source said. "She wanted to see how long they would be delayed. She used to do this all the time as a kid growing up in the South, she loves having the warm wind blow through her hair in the summer, it's fun. She is having a fun summer and is happy, she is in a good place."
"If it's illegal to put your head through a sunroof, she doesn't know it! She didn't mean to do anything bad," the source added.
Instagram Post Deleted Within the Hour
Days after the freeway incident, Spears posted a video and photos to Instagram showing her sitting shotgun in what appeared to be the same Mercedes SUV, trying to keep a low profile in a straw hat, oversize sunglasses and a check-patterned blazer.
In the driver's seat, the same mystery man was smiling, then stuck out his tongue to imitate a pose Spears had struck earlier, which appeared to be a defiant response to the freeway video going viral. Spears had a wide smile on her face as the pair drove off together. She deleted the post just over an hour after sharing it.
The same man had already featured on her Instagram, having posed with her driver in a post the previous month.
Britney Spears' DUI Case
The freeway display came months after Spears resolved a high-profile DUI case stemming from her arrest on March 4. She pleaded to a reduced reckless driving charge, known as a "wet reckless."
The plea allowed her to avoid jail time, but she was sentenced to 12 months of probation, fined $571 and ordered to complete 30 hours of DUI education classes. Daily Mail can also reveal that Spears has completed her driver awareness program, according to the Ventura Superior Court docket, which shows she finished the course on June 30.
