Monica explained that this affair happened while she was in college and pointed out some signs of abuse. “It lasted 3 years and it was an abusive relationship, with a really abusive guy,” she began.
“If you’re young and you’re hearing this, let the guy start checking anything, friends, skirt size… be careful,” she said.
“The first sign I got was that he didn’t want me to go out without a bra anymore…it went downhill, until the day he hit me. The first sign it needs to stop is yelling and punching the wall. The next punch is in the face,” he said.
