Maira Cardi criticized on the web after saying she wanted to be ‘submissive’ to her boyfriend

the digital influencer Maira Cardi was criticized on the web after making a publication on social networks declaring herself in favor of new boyfriend, Thiago NigroAND saying she wants to “be submissive every day” to him. On Twitter, users called the post a “disservice”.

After the repercussions, Maira made a new post saying that the sentence has been taken out of context, and that she is already used to it. “Today when I write something I already know they will take it out of context! It’s a decision to have me shut up and make no difference in the world, and stay here and make money and advertise, or talk while I’m being beaten up and get the message across and transformed, even to a small percentage that is willing to accept!” wrote the entrepreneur.

Despite claiming that the information was taken out of context, Maíra did not explain what the correct meaning of the sentence she had posted would have been. “I have found the only man I will ever be and I want to be submissive every day of my life from now on,” says part of Maira’s text.

“Being with him is a challenge! My grandmother always told me: Maíra needs to find a man who has a superior masculinity to her! The same grandmother who spent her life telling me, ‘Men are no good, don’t believe it.’ Contradictory, right?” Maira said on Instagram.

Twitter users shared Maira’s original post and criticized the influencer’s speech, which was published on Women’s Day, this Wednesday 8.
