The live-action of one of the greatest Disney classics is preparing to finally arrive in theaters. ‘The Little Mermaid’, starring Halle Bailey as Ariel, will be released in theaters on May 26, 2023 and is expected to arrive on the Disney+ platform at the same time.
The Walt Disney Pictures-produced adaptation is based on the 1989 classic by Hans Christian Andersen.

In addition to the already unveiled main trailer, Disney has announced that it will present a new version – with previously unseen scenes – during the broadcast of the Oscars 2023, which will take place next Sunday (12). The first trailer showed Bailey singing a snippet of “Part of Your World”.
