Sam Neill updates health status, says cancer is in remission: ‘I’m fine’

The actor Sam NeillThe 75-year-old took to Instagram to reassure fans of his own health condition following the revelation he is being treated for stage three blood cancer.

He disclosed the information in the book Did I already tell you? Memories, which will be released next week. In a video published on Saturday 18, you said that the disease has been in remission for eight months.

“My news seems to be all over the news right now, and it’s kind of like ‘Cancer! Cancer! Cancer!’ which is kind of tiring because as you can see I’m alive and well and I’ve been in remission for eight months now. which is very good,” she said.

The actor, who rose to fame as doctor Alan Grant in the film Jurassic Park – Dinosaur park (1993), he was keen to explain that he has already returned to work and said that his next project, the miniseries Apples never fallshooting starts this week.

“So here I am, and I just wish the title wasn’t so much ‘that thing’ because the main thing is that I wrote this book, it’s called Did I already tell you?. And he mentions cancer because that’s the kind of context I wrote it in.”

Neill said she had no plans to write the book but needed something to occupy herself while she was in treatment. “So I hope you like it, and let’s not worry too much about ‘all of this’ because I’m fine,” she concluded.
