Jojo Todynho is pleased with the change in her lifestyle. The singer is following an exercise routine, nutritional re-education and also has the help of medication to help with weight loss.
On social media, Jojo revealed that he has already lost 24 kg and is now able to do simple and daily things, which he was no longer able to handle: “There is no greater and better satisfaction than getting things that are superfluous, which are small, like tying your shoelaces: I couldn’t. Going up the stairs, I was like that,” said the singer, mimicking the panting and struggle of tackling the steps. “I couldn’t walk up the stairs to my house.”
“These are developments that we see on a daily basis that add a lot and motivate us more and more to take care of ourselves and to want to do more for our health, for our lives,” he added.
According to Jojo, she went from 159kg to 135kg. In addition to health care, the singer also entered college, she is studying law.
