Cara de Sapato justifies the disappearance from social networks

Fighter Cara de Sapato used social media this Friday, 31, to explain that he was not feeling well, which is why he decided to stay away from the Internet.

“Yesterday was a bit gone, it wasn’t the best day. I took the day off to take better care of myself. But here we are, guys. I’m back,” he said in stories.
