Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari ditched their wedding rings before the pop star went on vacation without him.
The singer is traveling to Mexico with her longtime friend and manager, Cade Hudson, while Asghari remains in Los Angeles.
The “Toxic” singer’s ring was missing when she arrived at the airport. In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, the artist is seen boarding the plane holding a teddy bear.
Asghari, in turn, was photographed walking away from a waiter on Thursday (3/30) also without his wedding ring.
Despite the unlikely coincidence, acquaintances claim that the actor took off his ring because he is filming a project.
Spears’ covenant has also been absent from her Instagram videos, including one she posted on Thursday night (3/30) twirling in a blue dress.
Despite rumors of a marital crisis, the couple shared photos last month of them strolling through the mall in matching outfits for a day of shopping.
Shortly after the posts, Britney denied the rumor that she had “almost died” before her family’s psychiatric surgery failed and wrote a message of support for her husband, whom she wed in June 2022.
“As my husband says so well: Don’t believe everything you read!!! All love to you darling,” she wrote in her social media post.
Asghari also released a statement confirming that the surgery, which was planned over concerns for Spears’ health, did not take place, but she also didn’t deny that anything had been done.
“My wife is in complete control of his life and will continue to make all decisions regarding his care, regardless of the circumstances,” he said.
