Moment happened on the fourth night of the band’s introductions in the city; Adam Levine praised the Brazilians again: ‘They are the best’
The band was performing at their fourth night of shows in Las Vegas last Friday, the 31st, when they surprised the Brazilian. Adam Levi, the vocalist, interrupted the show to talk to Renato. “You must be the biggest fan of our band I’ve ever seen in my life,” he said.
The vocalist reported that he always observed the Brazilian sitting in the same seat, wearing the same shirt and “dancing and singing with passion”. Levine also asked if Renato was Brazilian and praised the fans’ love for Brazil.
“I can say: there is nothing like Brazilian fans. They are the best, they are crazy. They make me feel good every time I go there. You represent that energy here,” he said. Adam then said that, from now on, Renato will be able to see all the band’s shows for free during the residency in Las Vegas.

The Brazilian had shared recordings of the band’s performances on Instagram and described the fourth night in Las Vegas as “the best day of his life”. “I almost passed out when Adam Levine called me. I’ll need years to recover,” he said.
In the fifth evening of presentations, the vocalist once again drew the attention of the Brazilian fan, jokingly asking him if he had washed the shirt he wears every night. “We love your energy and thank you so much,” he said.
Renato also shared the records on his Instagram profile and underlined the importance of the band for him. “I have no words to describe the impact Maroon 5 has had on my life,” he wrote.
The Brazilian complained that he couldn’t stay in Las Vegas for the band’s next week of concerts, but promised he’d be back in July, when the group returned to performing in the city. “I’ll wear the same shirt,” he joked.
