The 54-year-old actor who played Wolverine had an inconclusive biopsy result in 2021. Through Instagram, Jackman warned about skin care, which can prevent the disease that is very common in the world, due to sun exposure.
In his Instagram statement, Jackman said, “I know you’ve heard me talk about my basal cell carcinomas before. I’ll keep talking about them if I have to. And if I remind someone to put on sunscreen with a high SPF, then I’m happy. Just to remind you that basal cell carcinoma, in the world of skin cancers, is the least dangerous of all,” he said, admitting that the skin problem may have arisen from 25 years of sun exposure.
