The Grey’s Anatomy star reveals he lost four pets in the fire
The actress Caterina Scorsoneprotagonist of the series Grey’s Anatomy, recently experienced a great tragedy. In a post on her Instagram account, the actress claimed that her house caught fire a few months ago. In her emotional tale, Catherine reveals that she managed to save her three daughters, but she ended up losing her four pets.
“As I got my kids ready for bed and they finished bath time, smoke began to seep through the tub surround. When I looked out into the hallway, a river of thick black smoke had already formed and was filling the house. One thing about fires: they happen fast,” said the actress.
“I had about two minutes to get my three daughters out of the house, and we escaped with less than shoes on our feet. But we did it. And for that I will be forever grateful,” declared. However, the actress regrets the loss of the animals. “We’re still feeling that loss,” she noted, “but we’re lucky to have loved them all.”
Scorsone, who shared images of the destroyed house, animals and daughters, said he decided to speak about the tragedy to thank all those who have supported his family during this difficult time. “This is a love letter to the incredible people who were there and in incredible ways,” she wrote.
“Thanks to my kids’ school parents who sent toys and books, my friends at @greysabc and @shondaland who sent clothes and supplies, my sisters who came by to handle the logistics so I could be with my daughters”.
What we learn is that the only thing that matters is the people (and beings) we love. The only thing that matters is the community. We wouldn’t be here without him and we are very grateful to him. Thank you. Thank you.”
