Anderson, of the Molejo group, resumes treatment for rare cancer

Anderson Leonardo, the lead singer of the group Molejo, revealed that he had to resume treatment for a rare cancer that was advancing in his body and reaching his testicles. In January of this year, the singer had announced the cure of groin disease, in the groin area.

In the “Rocinha Cast” podcast, the artist said that the swelling in the intimate area caused discomfort and attracted people’s attention. “When I saw it swelling again, I noticed it was swelling in another region. In the sequence, Anderson related an uncomfortable situation he experienced during a show, when a fan noticed swelling in his groin area and wondered if he had an erection. “I kept trying to take off my shirt. But now I’m wearing a longer shirt. I started to worry about it.”

The Molejo vocalist also spoke about next steps and said he was prepared for the challenges. “I’m preparing for a new phase, but I’m fine. My cancer is a rare cancer, which I’ve already managed to control. But there’s always the possibility that it will radiate elsewhere. This week has been very heavy for me, but I’ve already talked about it with the guys in the group and I’m going to deal with it,” he said.

“There are days when you get bored. For example, I go to the gym and I don’t do the workout that I could do, but for me it’s better to be busy, play, make music, go to the gym, rather than sitting still,” she explained, who seeks inspiration from close people who have cured the disease.

Finally, Anderson Leonardo commented on the new treatment: “We will take a shot and we will control it with chemotherapy, no longer with radio,” he added.
