Did her mother try to kill her? The secret of the past of the most powerful woman in Russia

Over the years of powerlifting, Oksana Kosheleva set many records – and she herself broke them. She pulled a tram along the rails, towed a KAMAZ, a car with passengers and a Mi-8 helicopter, held two tearing motorcycles sideways with her hands – no woman in the world has achieved such a trick . The Strong Woman’s plans are to move the ship from its place.

In 2017, a viral video swept the web, in which Oksana twists a reckless driver who bypassed a mall parking lot, packed him into the trunk of a car, and made several circles with his unusual cargo. The girl had to explain herself to the police, but the man said he had no claims against the Rock. However, it soon became clear why: the two participants in the incident said they were simply filming a social video about the irresponsible behavior of street racers.

Oksana uses her strength in ordinary life only for peaceful purposes. When she lived in St. Petersburg, she pushed stuck cars during snowfall, and in the summer of 2020 in Ruza she helped clear the rubble formed after the dam broke: she lifted trees , moved concrete blocks.

Oksana knows how to look differently: she can appear in an elegant dress, in heels and with make-up, but she does not see any problem in wearing a tracksuit and a “bare face”. She even wanted to somehow appear in front of the audience in a tank top and short shorts, but this idea had to be abandoned: while the girl was rehearsing a number with motorcycles, pieces of hot rubber that went detached from the wheels burned his legs.

Friends say that despite the image of the “iron lady”, the girl’s hobbies are quite feminine. “She can embroider and knit skillfully, she loves to cook. You would know how tasty it is! She’s a real girl. Only outwardly so strong, but inside – fluffy, ”says Skala’s friend, Russian bodybuilding champion Svetlana Sapunova.

In 2017, Oksana entered the Belarusian State University graduate school at the suggestion of Alexander Dykhanov, head coach of the Russian national powerlifting team. “He asked us, ‘Why are you all sitting here? Go for it. I also study, and so, grandpa. “The coach said, well, we went, ”says the girl. Oksana now lives in Moscow and works as a coach.

Kosheleva regularly flashes on the pages of magazines and TV screens. In the spring of 2018, she was invited to Fashion Sentence, and in the fall of 2020, Komsomolskaya Pravda announced a casting call for Skala’s husband: she invited all applicants to send their CVs to the editor. But the program “Let them talk” attracted the most attention, where Kosheleva spoke about her family. It turned out that in childhood the girl was almost killed by her own mother – just after shooting a man.

Oksana grew up in an orphanage. At the age of eight, she was adopted by a teacher of Russian language and literature, Galina Ivanovna Kosheleva, who gave the girl her surname. “I still remember the first time I came home. Grandmother Maria Tikhonovna made me sit at the table: cabbage soup, potatoes with a cutlet, fresh rolls. I ate without stopping, because I was always hungry, and at the orphanage I even stole sweets from New Year’s gifts, ”the girl later recalled.

Life in the village was not easy and Oksana helped her mother as best she could: she chopped wood, drew water from a well and dug a garden. Galina worked in two shifts: she left at seven in the morning and returned at 11 in the evening. The young girl remembers that the woman was stingy with love and affection, and that she lacked attention and warmth. Because of this, Oksana rebelled: she got involved in a bad company, began to study worse and even fell in love with a 38-year-old adult man – 24 years older than the girl herself- even.

Despite the late adoption age, Galina managed to convince Oksana that she was her own daughter. The woman redid all the documents for the child and even put a photo in the house in which she is standing with a baby in her arms. Until the age of 13, the girl believed that she had a mother, an uncle, grandparents who died in the war. But somehow one of the neighbors hinted that Oksana was not native, and the girl’s world turned upside down. Oksana’s behavior got even worse.

And then Galina had a microstroke: the woman felt worse and worse. Friends convinced her that the teenager should be sent back to the orphanage, because the sick Galina could not stand her. When Oksana was 15 years old, the adoptive mother gave up and wrote a rejection of the child. “I was offended and embittered by the whole world,” admits Kosheleva, “and, returning to the state walls, I began to deliberately destroy myself. There was everything: promiscuity, cigarettes and l alcohol, drugs, a psychiatric hospital…”

After returning to the orphanage, Oksana somehow helped the teacher sort through the materials. And then suddenly the woman threw a folder with a personal file at her: “Look what shit you came out of …”

From the documents, the girl found out who her parents were. It turned out that Oksana’s father, Yuri Perfilyev, killed a man: a drunkard fell into the house, and the head of the family grabbed a gun and fired. Understanding that the wound was not mortal, he handed the weapon to his wife and ordered: finish her! She obeyed. To cover up the murder, the couple set the house on fire.

Oksana’s parents took Oksana with them to the boat, on which they crossed the Lena during the flight, and in the middle of the river the mother threw the girl into the water. Miraculously, fishermen caught her – so Oksana ended up in an orphanage. The parents of the child went to prison: each received nine years in prison. According to the records, Oksana was then two and a half years old.

After the orphanage, Oksana did not return to Galina – she stopped communicating with her. She had no accommodation and she rented a room in an apartment from a couple of alcoholics – a wife and a husband. They regularly pulled the girl’s food from the refrigerator, and somehow she woke up to the fact that the owner of the house took the blanket off her. In desperation, Oksana called her adoptive mother.

“She immediately said, ‘Come! At home, we talked all night, we cried, we asked each other for forgiveness. Then, for the first time, I told my mother that I loved her, ”recalls Kosheleva. After the meeting, relations with Galina improved: she again became the closest and dearest person to the girl.

And then a bright streak began: Kosheleva became interested in weightlifting and became not only a titled athlete, but one of the most powerful women in Russia, whose records were enthusiastically told by journalists and the television viewers. Once, in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda, the girl mentioned that she would like to find relatives – and soon a letter came to the editor. Oksana met relatives in the program “Let them talk” in 2018.

When issuing versions of how Oksana ended up in an orphanage, this increased. The neighbor said that the murder really happened, but it was done by Yuri, who escaped. Oksana’s mother was arrested and taken with her daughter to a boat, and she tried to throw the girl into the water, but one of the passengers stopped her.

Oksana’s mother, Nadezhda Perfilyeva, described her version of events. According to her, a gunman broke into the house: he asked for vodka, knocked over the stroller with the girl … Then he put down his gun and rushed to Nadezhda’s husband, who was sleeping on the bed, with a knife. The woman grabbed someone else’s barrel and shot the assailant.

After that, she immediately ran to the village director who lived next door and confessed: “Uncle Volodya, I killed a man!” She didn’t try to leave on just any boat, there was no boat either: she sat with the girl in her arms in the house for three days, until a helicopter be sent for her. The child, says Perfilyeva, stayed with her stepmother.

Older sister Olga remembers: when my mother was imprisoned, she was two years old and Oksana was a few months old. So, if the episode with the river nevertheless happened, then the mother threw not only a small child, but a baby there.

Who or what to believe – the stories of Nadezhda or the elements of the criminal case that Oksana saw – still remains unclear: it was not possible to understand everything during the transfer.

After the show, Oksana maintains relations only with her older sister Olga: they regularly call each other, and Kosheleva helps a relative who is raising three grandchildren after her daughter was deprived of parental rights. “Olya asked me to help dress the children, pick up a little for school. I helped. Still, we are parents, ”says the Rock.

Mother and younger sisters Galya and Yulia do not want to communicate with Oksana: Kosheleva says that they do not answer her calls. “After all, when they arrived they thought I was a famous athlete and would rush to help them all. There was also my late brother’s ex-wife. She also has children. She helped me also asked to buy them smartphones and a computer. But I don’t have such opportunities, ”complains the athlete.

Oksana Kosheleva is happy to have found her relatives, having fulfilled the desire that has tormented her since the moment she became aware of the documents from the orphanage. But she admits: it’s good that she did not stay in the Perfilyev family. “It changed my destiny, saved me. I would be exactly where they all are. In a bad environment, people like me function as badly as possible. But my adoptive mother changed my life. I was taken away trouble,” explains the athlete.
