The film “American Pie” was released in 1999 and immediately became a cult children’s comedy – it earned almost a billion dollars (!) At the worldwide box office. Where did the lead actor disappear years later?
The central role in the film went to actor Jason Biggs. He was 21 at the time of filming. According to the plot, its hero, high school student Jim Levenstein, was in a hurry to lose his virginity before graduation. Youth comedy became the main film project in the life of the actor – he returned to his cult role, not counting the soundtrack, three more times.
But there were other famous works in the filmography of Biggs, for example, roles in the series The Good Wife and Orange Is the New Black. In recent years, the actor is increasingly working on television and participates in various shows as a guest.
In his personal life, he is doing well too. Jason has been married to Jenny Mollen since 2008 and they have two sons.
