“It’s my favorite composition. It speaks a lot about my recovery period, the pandemic, which has been a strange period emotionally. Experiencing depression is never an easy thing, it’s not easy. It’s something complicated. This song washed my soul. music, in general, has always helped me, saved me every day, without it I could have, I don’t know, died,” Ana revealed at a press conference.

Therapy has helped Ana Vilela overcome her worst moments, but the artist points out that the struggle is daily.

“Therapy has changed the way I see things and how I see myself a lot. As much as I’m used to it, with criticism, it still makes me nervous sometimes. I have to count to ten, breathe, you know?”, he admits.

But if his professional life was suspended during the period of isolation, the pandemic has been like a “hyperhoneymoon”. At the end of this troubled and changing moment, he was able to express what he felt in art.

“I didn’t write anything during the pandemic, but at the end of all this madness I decided to write. I had a lot to talk about and I decided to get my friends together, which made it more intimate,” said Ana Vilela.
